Job Title: Production Operative (Chocolate Packaging Line)

Location: South Queensferry

Role Overview:
A Production Operative in a chocolate manufacturing environment is responsible for working on a pick-it line to wrap and package finished chocolate products efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This role plays a key part in ensuring products are correctly packed and ready for distribution, while maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on a pick-it line to hand-pack and wrap chocolate products
• Ensure all products are packaged correctly, neatly, and in line with company standards
• Maintain a consistent pace to meet production targets and deadlines
• Follow food hygiene and safety regulations at all times
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with food production standard
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth production flow

Skills and Requirements:

• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility and reliability
• Previous experience in food production or packaging (desirable but not essential)

Working Hours & Pay:

• Immediate start available
• Full time position
• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm; and Friday: 8:00am - 2:00pm
• 30-minute lunch break (kitchen facilities available on site)
• Pay rate: £13.45 per hour
• This is a Temp to Perm position
